GCI Refund & Cancellation Policy
Potential students who submit applications along with the initial tuition payment, and are not granted admission into a GCI course, will receive a full refund of the initial tuition payment.
If an accepted student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a session, a written request must be made to email@example.com. A tuition refund will be initiated based on the date the request is received via email.
Should a session be canceled due to unforeseeable, unintended or any kind of "force majeure" circumstances, all enrolled students will receive a full tuition refund minus the $200 processing fee (part of deposit / initial tuition payment).
All accepted applications require a $200 processing fee (part of deposit).This processing fee is non-refundable. Tuition refunds will be made within forty five (45) days of the date of cancellation.
- 100% tuition refund if student initiated cancellations occurs outside of two months prior to the course beginning
- 50% tuition refund if student initiated cancellations occurs outside of one month prior to the course beginning
- 0% refund if student initiated cancellations occurs within one month before the course begins, or after course has already started
GCI reserves the right to review refund requests on a per-case basis.
